AI Employees are specialized AI agents you hire inside PeerBie to handle specific recurring functions in your business. Unlike Lucy (who is your personal AI Chief of Staff), AI Employees are designed to work autonomously on ongoing responsibilities — content creation, CRM management, customer support drafts, social media, and more.

How It Works
- Hire — choose an AI Employee template in AI Studio or create a custom one
- Connect tools — link the integrations your AI Employee needs (e.g. LinkedIn for Skyler)
- Assign tasks — assign PeerBie tasks to your AI Employee like you would a human
- Review & approve — the AI Employee completes the work, comments on the task, and waits for your approval before publishing or sending
You Stay in Control
AI Employees always show their work before acting. When Skyler drafts a LinkedIn post, she posts it as a comment on the task for you to review. You reply “go ahead” to publish, or give feedback to revise. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.
Common first hire: Most teams start with a social media AI Employee. You give them a task like “Create a LinkedIn post about our new product feature” and see the draft come back within minutes.
