Connect in one click

Hire an AI employee in chat and a “Connect” card appears for the tools it needs — or connect from Settings → Integrations. An admin connects a tool once for the whole workspace.

Nothing goes out without you

AI employees propose and wait for your OK. Posts and emails come to you as drafts, and Lucy asks before sensitive actions such as sending an email.

A record of every action

Work done in a connected tool lands as a task in PeerBie, so you can see who did what, when — person or AI.

Security: PeerBie passed Google’s CASA security assessment and is a Microsoft verified publisher. Google and Microsoft tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting a tool removes PeerBie’s access. PeerBie is hosted in Germany; AI features use providers based in the US.

How many integrations does PeerBie have?

Which plan do I need?

Creating Zoom, Google Meet and Teams meetings and the Claude and ChatGPT connector work on every plan. Slack check-ins for key results come with Goals on the paid plans, and key results fed from your tools need Pro. Actions by Lucy and AI employees need the Lucy AI add-on: $20 per user a month on Pro and above.

Who connects a tool?

A workspace admin connects a tool once, from the “Connect” card Lucy shows in chat or from Settings → Integrations. Your own Gmail, Outlook and calendar are connected by you, for your own Lucy.

Will an AI employee post or send without asking?

No. AI employees propose work and act after you approve it. Social posts and emails come to you as drafts first, and Lucy asks before sensitive actions such as sending an email or deleting a task.

What does the Claude and ChatGPT connector do?

It lets you ask Claude or ChatGPT about your PeerBie tasks, projects, goals and meeting notes, and — if you allow changes — create and update tasks or log a goal check-in, always with your own PeerBie permissions. It works on every plan.

Can we meet on camera inside PeerBie?

Not inside PeerBie itself. PeerBie creates Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings for you, and Lucy’s note-taker can join them. Inside PeerBie, Huddles are audio rooms with screen sharing on the web.

Is my data safe when I connect a tool?

PeerBie passed Google’s CASA security assessment and is a Microsoft verified publisher. Google and Microsoft tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect a tool at any time. PeerBie is hosted in Germany; AI features use providers based in the US.

The tool I use isn’t listed. What now?

We only list integrations that work today. Tell us which tool you need through the contact page — requests decide what we build next. Enterprise plans can also include custom integrations.
