Lucy by PeerBie

Lucy turns what you hear into what you actually do.

Record a meeting, a lecture or a passing thought. Lucy writes the notes, pulls out the promises you made, and puts them in your day — then checks in on them tomorrow.

How it works

Most apps stop at the transcript.

That's where the work actually begins — and where Lucy keeps going. One spoken commitment travels the whole way, on its own.

01

Record

A meeting, a lecture, a thought. Or import audio you already have.

02

Notes

Summary, decisions and action items — in minutes, in your language.

03

Tasks

One tap turns an action item into a real task with a real date.

04

Brief

It shows up tomorrow morning, in one line, next to your calendar.

05

Streak

The days you actually moved get counted. The ones you didn't, too.

06

Goal

And it ladders up to the thing you said mattered this quarter.

Record, then finish the job

Accurate transcription in 40+ languages. A clean summary, the decisions, and the action items — then one tap to make them real.

Your day, handled

A morning brief that tells you what today actually is. Your calendar and tasks merged into one honest list. In the evening, Lucy closes the day and plans tomorrow with you.

Two meetings before noon, and the quote for Ayşe is due today. Start there.

Goals that don't die in January

Tell Lucy a goal. She breaks it into milestones and first steps, you approve the plan, and the progress bar moves as you finish real work. Every Sunday, an honest review.

Your calendar, in plain language

Connect Google Calendar and Lucy folds your meetings into the same list as your tasks. She tells you what today actually looks like, warns you when the day is overbooked, and plans tomorrow with you.

Lucy learns you

Tell her who you are in twenty seconds — by voice, or by handing her your CV. She picks up your tone, your people and your projects, and keeps them. The longer you use her, the less you have to explain.

A scratch pad she can read

Half a thought is enough. Anything you leave on the pad becomes context for every answer Lucy gives you — no re-explaining, no copy-pasting.

Goals

Goals with numbers, not wishes.

Lucy asks the question most goal apps skip: how will you know? Tell her your goal in one sentence and she shapes it into a number to reach and a step-by-step plan.

  • Log progress by telling Lucy. “Ran 14 km this morning” is enough.
  • A gentle pace. She tells you whether you’re on pace or a little behind — no guilt.
  • A weekly goals moment to see what moved.
  • A season review at the end: carry a goal over, or let it go.

Free: 1 goal · Pro: 2 · Max: unlimited. Join a PeerBie team later and your personal goals come with you — history and all, still private.

What we will never do

Your recordings are yours.

No ads. Ever.

Lucy is paid for by the people who use her, which is the only business model that keeps her on your side.

We don't sell your data.

Not your recordings, not your notes, not your calendar. There is no version of this product where that changes.

Delete means delete.

Remove your account and it all goes with it — recordings, transcripts, memory, and any calendar connection.

Built by PeerBie.

The team platform companies already run their work on — so Lucy is not a weekend project that disappears next year.

The day you're not working alone, Lucy already knows what to do.

Invite one person and your personal space becomes a shared PeerBie workspace — the same tasks and projects, plus AI employees who do real work. Your assistant becomes your team's assistant, and nothing has to be migrated.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Which languages does Lucy work in?

Lucy transcribes more than 40 languages, and the app itself is available in twelve. A recording comes back as notes and tasks in the language it was made in, and Lucy replies in whichever language you spoke to her.

Is my data private?

Your recordings and notes are yours. We don't sell data and we don't run ads. Audio is processed by our AI providers to produce your transcript and nothing else, and deleting your account deletes all of it. The full policy is linked below.

How long can a recording be?

Up to two hours on Free, four hours on Pro and six hours on Max. You can also import audio you recorded somewhere else.

Do I have to connect my calendar?

No. Lucy is useful without it — recording, notes, tasks, brief and goals all work on their own. Calendar is optional, it's a Pro feature, and you can disconnect it at any time.

How do goals work in Lucy?

Tell Lucy what you want in one sentence. She asks how you’ll know you got there and turns it into a number to reach and a step-by-step plan. You log progress just by telling her, she keeps an eye on your pace, and at the end of the season you carry the goal over or let it go. Free includes 1 goal, Pro 2 and Max unlimited — and if you join a PeerBie team, your goals come with you, still private.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your App Store or Google Play account. Your recordings and notes stay yours on the free plan.

What happens when I invite my team?

Your personal space becomes a shared PeerBie workspace. Everything you already have stays exactly where it is — nothing is migrated, nothing is lost, and Lucy carries on knowing what she knew.

I already use ChatGPT. Why Lucy?

ChatGPT answers questions — but it doesn't know your days, and it doesn't act on them. Lucy sits in your meetings and lectures, turns them into tasks with deadlines, reminds you before they slip, and briefs your mornings from your real calendar and inbox. You describe your life to ChatGPT; Lucy captures it as it happens.

How is Lucy different from Claude Cowork?

Cowork is a strong personal agent: hand it a task and it returns finished work — documents, files, research. Lucy keeps the commitments around that work: she attends your meetings and calls, turns them into tasks, watches your deadlines and reminds you. Cowork can't sit in a meeting; that's exactly where Lucy's loop begins. They pair well.

What about Superhuman?

Superhuman clears your inbox; Lucy clears your to-do list. It makes your communication fast — Lucy handles what the messages were about: recordings become tasks, tasks get deadlines, deadlines get reminders, and things actually finish.

Isn't this what Otter does?

Otter is a good notetaker — transcripts and searchable notes. Lucy starts where notes end: action items become real tasks with deadlines and reminders, connected to your calendar, email and goals. Notes tell you what was said; Lucy makes sure it gets done.

Why not just a transcription app like Transkriptor?

If you only need text, a transcriber is enough. In Lucy, the transcript is the first step, not the product: it becomes your summary, your tasks and your reminders — and Lucy can join your online meetings herself. Transcription ends with words; Lucy ends with work done.

How is Lucy different from OpenAI Dots?

Dots is an always-on agent with its own computer: give it a goal and it works across your apps on its own — and it needs ChatGPT’s top plans. Lucy is with you where the work gets talked about: she records your meetings, calls and lectures on your phone, turns every promise into a task with a deadline and briefs your morning. Dots does the computer work; Lucy makes sure nothing said gets lost — free to start, and in your language.
