Does PeerBie support SSO and SCIM?
Yes. SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning are included in the Enterprise plan. Two-step sign-in is available on every plan, and admins can require it for the whole workspace.
Where is our data hosted?
PeerBie is hosted in Germany (EU). The AI features use providers based in the US — Google Gemini and OpenAI, and Recall.ai for meeting notes — so content sent to the AI is processed there.
Can AI employees act without a person approving?
No. AI employees propose work and wait for approval, and drafts come to a person before anything is posted or sent. Lucy asks before sensitive actions, and every action is recorded as a task.
Do you offer white label?
Yes, on Enterprise. Büyükçekmece Municipality (Bücep) and Ezine MESEM (Mesem) run their own apps built on PeerBie, with their own name, icon and AI assistant.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Invoicing and purchase orders are available on the Enterprise plan. Talk to sales about pricing.
Can we install PeerBie on our own servers?
No. PeerBie is a cloud service, hosted in Germany. It runs in the browser and has apps for iPhone and Android.
