Performance Management and Team Analytics
Tracking Team Performance in PeerBie
PeerBie gives managers visibility into how the team is performing without requiring manual reports or status meetings. All data comes from actual work activity — tasks created, completed, commented on, and updated — so it reflects reality, not self-reported updates.
Individual Workload View
Go to Members in the left sidebar and click any person’s name to see:
- Tasks currently assigned to them (open, in progress, overdue)
- Tasks completed in the last 30 days
- Projects they’re involved in
This helps identify who is overloaded and who has capacity before assigning new work.

Asking Lucy for Performance Summaries
Ask Lucy for natural-language performance summaries:
- “How is the engineering team performing this month?”
- “Who completed the most tasks last week?”
- “Are there any team members with more than 10 overdue tasks?”
- “Show me team activity for the last month.”
Lucy pulls the data and gives you a concise written summary — no dashboard navigation required.
1-on-1 Preparation
Before a 1-on-1 with a team member, ask Lucy: “Summarize what [name] has worked on in the last 2 weeks.” You get an instant briefing without having to dig through project boards.
Workspace-Wide Analytics (Admins)
Admins can view workspace-level analytics from Admin Settings → Analytics:
- Total tasks created and completed per week
- Active vs inactive members
- Most and least active projects
- Lucy usage per user
Note: PeerBie tracks work activity, not online time. Being “active” means completing tasks and collaborating — not just being logged in.
