FAQ

Questions from operations teams.

What can start a workflow automatically?

An email that matches a Gmail or Outlook rule, a schedule, a webhook from another system, a request from Claude or the API, or an event in PeerBie. A finished workflow can start the next one. Email rules work with Gmail and Outlook (Microsoft 365); Outlook is checked every few minutes.

Do AI employees act without approval?

No. They propose work and wait for your approval, and a workflow stage can require a person to approve before the next step. Every action is recorded as a task.

Can Lucy build a workflow for us?

Yes. Describe the process in chat and Lucy builds the workflow, or use the AI builder on the web. You can edit every form and stage afterwards. More about workflows.

What does PeerBie cost?

Starter is free. Basic is $10 and Pro $15 per user a month, billed annually ($13 and $19 billed monthly). Lucy and AI employees come with the Lucy AI add-on, $20 per user a month on Pro and Enterprise. You can try Pro free for 14 days. See pricing.

Which devices does PeerBie work on?

PeerBie runs in the browser and has apps for iPhone and Android.
