Goals and OKRs, with an AI that keeps them honest.
Set company, department, team and personal goals with key results you can measure. Lucy, your AI Chief of Staff, drafts them from one sentence, links them to the work, and tells you what’s slipping while there’s still time to fix it.
On every paid PeerBie plan · quarters and years
One set of goals. Every level of the company.
Every goal sits where it belongs, and can support a key result one level up — so everyone can see how their work adds up to what the company is aiming for.
Company
Where the whole company is heading this quarter or this year.
Department
What Sales, Product or Operations commit to, to move the company goals.
Team
What a team will deliver this quarter, tied to its department’s goals.
Personal
Your own goals — private to you unless you choose to share them.
Key results with real numbers.
Every key result has a start, a target and a unit — dollars, percent, customers, anything you count. Then you choose how it’s measured.
Numbers people report
The owner checks in with the current value and how confident they are. It takes ten seconds.
Linked project progress
Link a project and the key result moves by itself as its tasks get done. Nobody has to update it.
Workflow results
Count what reaches a workflow stage — every applicant who gets to Hired, every partner who gets to Signed.
A connected tool Pro
Take the number straight from HubSpot or Stripe, so it stays current without anyone typing it.

Lucy helps at every step of the quarter.
Most goal tools are a form and a reminder. In PeerBie, Lucy knows your company, your role and your work — so she can do the hard parts with you.
Suggests goals
Lucy reads your role, your department and your company profile, and suggests goals that fit — before you type a word.
Drafts from one sentence
Say what you want to achieve. Lucy writes the goal and measurable key results, with the reason for each.
Spots tasks dressed as results
“Launch the new website” is a task. Lucy flags it and suggests the result behind it.
Links the work · Plan the work
Lucy suggests projects that already move a key result — or turns a key result into a new project with tasks.
Break down Pro
Turn a company goal into proposed department and team goals, each tied to one key result above.
Goal health check Pro
One click reviews every goal: missing numbers, targets that don’t add up, quiet check-ins, too much on one person.
Monday brief
Every Monday: what moved, what’s at risk and why — in one short brief.
Check-ins in chat
Ask “How are we doing this quarter?” or tell Lucy the new number — she updates the key result for you.
From meeting notes Coming soon
When a meeting mentions progress on a key result, Lucy suggests the check-in from the notes.

Every period gets an honest ending.
Goals run by quarter or by year. As a period ends, Lucy prepares the close-out and writes the summary of what it achieved. For every goal that isn’t finished, you decide:
Record the final result and move on.
Continue in the next period, starting from where the key results are today.
Give it a few more weeks in the same period.
Open by default. Private when it needs to be.
When people can see where the company is going, they can see where their work fits.
Company, department and team goals
Open to everyone in the workspace. Anything sensitive — a hiring plan, a budget — can be switched to private.
Personal goals
Private to you by default. Share one with your team when you want them to see it.
On every paid plan.

Questions about Goals & OKRs
What are OKRs, and how do they work in PeerBie?
OKRs — objectives and key results — are goals with measurable outcomes. In PeerBie, a goal is the objective, and each goal has key results with a start, a target and a unit. Call them goals or OKRs; they work the same way.
Who can see our goals?
Company, department and team goals are open to everyone in the workspace, and any of them can be switched to private. Personal goals are private to their owner by default, who can share one with their team.
How do key results get updated?
Four ways: the owner reports the number with a check-in and a confidence level; a linked project moves it automatically as tasks get done; a workflow counts what reaches a stage; or, on Pro, a connected tool such as HubSpot or Stripe supplies the number.
What does Lucy do with our goals?
Lucy suggests goals from your role, department and company, drafts a goal and its key results from one sentence, flags tasks written as results, suggests projects to link and can plan the work. On Pro she also breaks goals down across departments and teams and runs a goal health check. With Lucy you also get the Monday brief and check-ins in chat; check-ins suggested from meeting notes are coming soon.
Which plans include Goals & OKRs?
Every paid plan. Basic includes 20 AI goal drafts a month. Pro adds unlimited drafts, break down across teams, the goal health check and key results from connected tools.
What happens at the end of a quarter?
Goals run by quarter or by year. As a period ends, Lucy prepares a close-out: for each unfinished goal you choose to close it, carry it over to the next period or extend it — and Lucy writes a summary of what the period achieved.
I set personal goals in the Lucy app. Do they come with me?
Yes. When you join a PeerBie team, your personal goals come along with their history — and they stay private to you.
