Launching PeerBie Successfully
The 30-Day PeerBie Rollout Plan
Rolling out a new tool to an entire team rarely works if everyone is expected to figure it out alone. This guide gives you a practical 30-day plan for getting your team actively using PeerBie.
Week 1 — Admin Setup
- Complete the Admin Panel setup (workspace name, logo, timezone, working hours)
- Invite all team members and assign roles
- Create your first 2–3 active projects
- Add your most important documents to the Knowledge Base
- Connect your own email and calendar to Lucy
Week 2 — Team Onboarding
- Host a 30-minute team kickoff (Lucy takes notes and creates action items automatically)
- Share the Quick Start Guide with everyone
- Ask each person to: log in, update their profile, and complete at least one task
- Encourage everyone to open Lucy and ask their first question
Week 3 — Bedding In
- Replace one recurring status meeting with a Lucy briefing
- Check the Knowledge Base — does Lucy have enough context to answer common questions?
- Identify 1–2 workflow automations that would save the most time
- If you have repetitive content or social media needs, hire your first AI Employee
Week 4 — Review and Optimize
- Ask Lucy: “How is the team using PeerBie? Who hasn’t been active?”
- Reach out to anyone who hasn’t engaged — they may need a 1-on-1 walkthrough
- Review project insights to see if work is flowing well
- Gather team feedback: what’s working? What’s confusing?
Success Markers at Day 30
- Every team member has completed at least 5 tasks in PeerBie
- No more weekly status meetings (Lucy handles the briefings)
- Knowledge Base has at least 10 entries
- At least one workflow automation is running
The most important thing: Adoption comes from consistent use, not a single launch event. The teams that make PeerBie stick are the ones that use it for real work from day one — not as an experiment, but as the actual way they operate.
