Launch Checklist — Everything Before You Go Live
Before Your Team’s First Day on PeerBie
Use this checklist to make sure your workspace is fully configured before you roll PeerBie out to the whole team.
Workspace Setup
- ☐ Workspace name and logo set
- ☐ Timezone and working hours configured in Admin Settings
- ☐ Billing plan confirmed and payment method added
Members
- ☐ All team members invited by email
- ☐ Roles assigned correctly (Admin / Manager / Member)
- ☐ At least one other Admin designated (so you’re not the only one)
Projects
- ☐ At least one project created with sections and tasks
- ☐ Tasks assigned to the right people with due dates
- ☐ Project members added to each project
Lucy Setup
- ☐ Key company information added to the Knowledge Base (company values, processes, FAQs)
- ☐ At least one admin has connected their email (Gmail or Outlook) to Lucy
- ☐ At least one admin has connected their calendar to Lucy
Team Communication
- ☐ Welcome post published in the Team Feed
- ☐ Team members encouraged to post their first message
On Launch Day
- ☐ Host a 15-minute walkthrough with your team (Lucy can take notes and assign follow-ups)
- ☐ Share the Quick Start Guide with everyone
- ☐ Confirm everyone can log in and see their tasks
Tip: Ask Lucy “Help me onboard my team” — she’ll guide you through the remaining steps and create onboarding tasks for each team member.
