Lucy & Calendar — Schedule Meetings and Check Availability
What Lucy Can Do With Your Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to Lucy and you’ll never need to open a separate calendar app for routine scheduling. Ask Lucy what’s on your schedule, find a meeting time for a group, or block focus time — all in plain English.
Connecting Google Calendar
- Open Lucy → profile icon → Lucy Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect Google Calendar.
- Sign in and grant calendar read/write permissions.
- Done.

What You Can Ask
- “What’s on my calendar today?”
- “Do I have any meetings this Friday afternoon?”
- “Schedule a 30-minute call with John — find a time that works this week.”
- “Block 2 hours tomorrow morning for deep work — no meetings.”
- “Cancel my 10am meeting tomorrow and let the attendees know.”
- “When is the next time the marketing team is all free for 1 hour?”
Team Availability
If your teammates have also connected their calendars, Lucy can check availability across multiple people at once. Ask: “Find a 1-hour slot this week when Sarah, Tom, and I are all free.”
Working Hours
Lucy respects the working hours set in your Admin Settings — she won’t schedule meetings outside those hours unless you specifically ask her to.
Tip: Each morning ask Lucy “What does my day look like?” — she’ll combine your calendar, your task list, and your unread emails into a single briefing.
