Quick Start Guide — Get Your Team Up and Running
Welcome to PeerBie
PeerBie is an AI-powered work management platform built around Lucy — your AI Chief of Staff. In under 10 minutes you can have your workspace set up, your team invited, and your first project running.
Step 1 — Create Your Workspace
When you first sign up, PeerBie walks you through naming your workspace and choosing your industry. This takes about 60 seconds. Your workspace is your company’s home inside PeerBie — everything your team does lives here.

Step 2 — Invite Your Team
- Click the Members icon in the left sidebar.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter email addresses one by one or paste a comma-separated list.
- Choose a role: Admin, Manager, or Member.
- Click Send Invites. Each person receives an email with a direct join link.

Step 3 — Create Your First Project
- Click Projects in the left sidebar, then New Project.
- Give it a name and description. Lucy can generate a full project structure from just a one-line brief — type your idea and click Generate with AI.
- Your project board appears with sections, tasks, and suggested assignees.

Step 4 — Say Hello to Lucy
Click the Lucy icon (bottom-left chat bubble) to open your AI Chief of Staff. Try asking:
- “What tasks are due this week?”
- “Show me what the team is working on.”
- “Create a task: Review Q3 budget — assigned to Sarah, due Friday.”
Lucy understands plain English and remembers your workspace context.

Step 5 — Explore the Feed
The Team Feed is your company’s activity stream — posts, announcements, event RSVPs, polls, and task updates all appear here. Post a welcome message to kick things off.
Tip: The average team is fully set up within one working day. Start with one project and one team — you can always expand later.
