What Are Project Insights?
Project Insights give you an AI-powered view into how your projects and team are performing — without having to manually compile reports. PeerBie analyzes task completion rates, bottlenecks, team workload, and trends to surface the information that matters.
Accessing Insights
Open any project and click the Insights tab. You’ll see:
- Task completion rate — what percentage of tasks are being completed on time
- Workload distribution — how many open tasks each team member has
- Bottleneck stages — which workflow stages tasks tend to get stuck in
- Velocity — how many tasks the team completes per week over time

AI Analysis
Click AI Analysis to get Lucy’s interpretation of the data. Instead of reading charts, Lucy gives you a plain-English assessment:
- What the team is doing well
- Where the risks and bottlenecks are
- Specific recommendations to improve flow
Results are cached — click Regenerate if you want a fresh analysis after significant changes.

Team Activity View
Ask Lucy directly: “Show me team activity for the last week” to get a narrative summary of what the entire team accomplished — who completed tasks, who is overloaded, and what’s falling behind.
Workspace-Level Insights
Admins can view insights across all projects from Admin Settings → Analytics. This shows workspace-wide task completion, active members, and overall team health.
Weekly habit: Open AI Analysis every Monday morning to get a 60-second briefing on where every project stands before your first standup. No status meeting prep needed.
