Your Lucy, inside Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT what is due today, what was decided in the meeting or lecture you recorded with Lucy, and turn those action items into tasks with deadlines. Lucy then reminds you until they are done. Changes happen only if you allow them.
https://brain-lucy.peerbie.com/mcpNew: Lucy by PeerBie is in Claude’s connector directory.
Works with Claude and ChatGPT on the web, on desktop and on mobile. You need a Lucy account (the Lucy app for iPhone or Android). Nothing to install.
What Lucy does in Claude and ChatGPT
Lucy turns what you record into work that gets done. The connector lets your AI assistant use that same loop, as you, in your own Lucy space.
- RecordYou record a meeting, a lecture or a call in the Lucy app.
- NotesLucy writes the summary, key points and action items.
- AskClaude or ChatGPT reads those notes and your tasks when you ask.
- TasksWith your OK, it turns action items into tasks with due dates.
- RemindersLucy reminds you until they are done.

Developer mode depends on your ChatGPT plan; on work plans, an admin may need to allow it.
Sign in and choose the access
Sign in with your Lucy account, the same way you sign in to the Lucy app. Then choose:
- Read only: the assistant can look at your tasks, notes, routines and calendar, and change nothing.
- Read and change: it can also create and update tasks, add notes and set up or pause routines. Claude and ChatGPT ask you before every change.
The connection always uses your own Lucy space. To switch the access later, disconnect and connect again.
Things to ask
- What’s due today in Lucy, and what’s overdue?
- What were the action items from my Marketing 201 lecture?
- Make a task for each action item from my weekly planning call, with their due dates.
What it can and cannot do
Lucy gives the assistant 12 tools. The read tools only look. The change tools need “Read and change”, and only add or update; there is nothing that deletes.
| Tool | In plain words | Type |
|---|---|---|
| My tasks | Your tasks: due today, overdue, this week or later; open or recently done; by priority | Read |
| Search tasks | Find your tasks by words in the title or description | Read |
| Get a task | One task with its details | Read |
| Search notes | Notes from the meetings, lectures and calls you recorded with Lucy: summary, key points, action items | Read |
| Get notes | One recording’s notes; the transcript only when you ask for it, never the audio | Read |
| My calendar | Your next 1–14 days from the Google or Outlook calendar connected to Lucy | Read |
| List routines | Your Lucy routines, when each one runs and whether it is on | Read |
| Create a task | A new task with a due date and time; Lucy reminds you | Change |
| Update a task | Change a task’s status (in progress, paused, done) or its due date | Change |
| Add a note | Add a note to your private notes pad; existing notes are kept | Change |
| Create a routine | Something Lucy then does by herself, like a Friday summary or a follow-up after every recording; nothing is sent without your tap | Change |
| Pause a routine | Pause or resume one of your routines | Change |
What it never does
- Delete anything: tasks, notes, recordings or routines are removed only in the Lucy app.
- Share your recordings: no audio and no recording links ever leave Lucy through the connector.
- Read your email, your files or your chats with Lucy.
- Reach anyone else’s data: only your own Lucy space.
Privacy
- It runs as you. Every request uses your own Lucy account and reaches only your own Lucy space.
- Short-lived access. The assistant’s access token works for one hour and only for the Lucy connector. A refresh token that is not used for 30 days stops working.
- What we keep. For each request we log the tool, its inputs, the start of the answer, the time and whether it worked. These records are deleted after 90 days, and with your account.
- No conversations, no training. Lucy never receives your conversation with Claude or ChatGPT, only the requests the assistant makes. None of it is used to train AI models, and nothing is sold.
- The assistant’s own terms apply. What Claude or ChatGPT receives is handled under Anthropic’s or OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy.

Disconnect
In the Lucy app, open More → Connections. Under Apps using your Lucy, choose Disconnect next to Claude or ChatGPT. The connection stops working within a minute. Removing Lucy inside Claude or ChatGPT only removes it on their side.
Help
Which account do I sign in with?
Your Lucy account. Sign in the same way you do in the Lucy app on your phone.
The assistant says it can only read my Lucy.
You connected with “Read only”. Disconnect in the Lucy app under More → Connections, connect again and choose “Read and change”.
Can it delete my tasks or notes?
No. The connector has no delete tools. Tasks, notes, recordings and routines can only be deleted in the Lucy app.
Can it listen to my recordings?
No. The assistant gets the notes Lucy wrote from a recording, and the transcript text only when you ask for it. The audio and recording links never leave Lucy through the connector.
My calendar does not show up.
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar in the Lucy app under More → Connections, then ask again.
It asks me to sign in again.
Choose Connect again and sign in. If you disconnected in Lucy, changed your password or signed out everywhere, the old connection stops working by design.
Does Lucy use this data to train AI?
No. Lucy does not use the requests from Claude or ChatGPT to train AI models, and it never receives your conversations with them.
