Goals & OKRs
Set goals for the company, then break them down to departments, teams and people. Each goal has key results with check-ins, so everyone sees what is on track and what is slipping.
- Key results can update themselves from HubSpot, Stripe, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, Jira, Pipedrive and Linear.
- Lucy drafts goals, breaks them down and runs a health check on the ones at risk.
- Check in from Slack, and turn progress into a board-pack deck.
AI employees can own goals and key results
Give an AI employee a goal or a key result to look after. Like the rest of its work, what it proposes waits for your approval before it acts.
Lucy & AI employeesWorkflows that start by themselves
A workflow no longer has to wait for someone to fill in its form. It can start:
- when an email that matches your rule arrives (Gmail today),
- on a schedule — either running by itself or asking people to fill something in, such as a monthly report on the 1st,
- from a webhook in another system, or when you ask Claude,
- when something happens in PeerBie, including another workflow finishing.
PeerBie for Claude and ChatGPT
Connect PeerBie to Claude or ChatGPT and ask what is due today, how a project is going, which goals are slipping or what was decided in a meeting. If you allow changes, it can also create tasks, log goal check-ins and start workflows — always as you, with your own permissions, and nothing can be deleted. Approved for Claude’s connector directory; in ChatGPT it works through developer mode.
Set up the connectorRoutines: Lucy does it every time
Tell Lucy what to do whenever something happens — draft a reply when a certain kind of email arrives, send you a summary every Friday, or write the follow-up after every recorded meeting. Nothing goes out until you tap Send. In PeerBie, routines come with the Lucy AI add-on.
Book Zoom, Google Meet or Teams calls from PeerBie
Schedule a meeting from the feed or the Notes & meetings page, and everyone joins from the meeting card. With the Lucy AI add-on you can also just ask Lucy, in chat or by voice — she shows who will be invited and waits for your OK before sending anything.
Meetings & notesThe Notes & meetings page
Every conversation in one place: meetings Lucy joined, recordings you made and audio you imported. Record or import from the top of the page, send Lucy to a meeting link, pick which calendar meetings she joins this week, search everything, and play the audio back for 30 days.
PeerBie for Microsoft 365
Lucy works with Outlook mail and calendar, books Teams meetings and reads your OneDrive files when you ask. AI employees can work in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Teams channels. An admin can approve PeerBie once for the whole company. PeerBie Inc is a Microsoft verified publisher.
Microsoft 365Lucy reads and writes documents
Ask Lucy about a file in your Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint — she opens it only when you ask, nothing is crawled. She can also write a Word, PDF or Google Docs file for you and attach it to a task.
Google CASA assessment passed, and two-step sign-in for workspaces
PeerBie passed Google’s CASA security assessment for its web and mobile apps. Two-step sign-in is available to everyone, and workspace admins can now require it for every member. Connected Google and Microsoft sign-ins are stored encrypted.
Security & trustOne Connections page
My Account → Connections now lists every account you have connected — Google, Microsoft, Zoom and your work tools — what uses each one, and when it was last used, with Reconnect and Disconnect in one place. Apps that use your PeerBie, such as Claude and ChatGPT, are listed there too.
Keep working on a weak connection
The mobile apps keep what you opened recently readable when the signal drops, in a tunnel or on a train. Messages, comments and tasks you write offline are sent as soon as you are back online.
Share into PeerBie from any app
Use your phone’s share menu to send files, photos, videos or links from another app straight into a post, a chat or a task. In the Lucy app, “Save to Lucy” does the same.
End Day recap, as cards
When you end your day, PeerBie shows how long you worked, what you planned and what you finished, what needs attention and what is next tomorrow — in clear cards instead of a wall of text.
Documents on posts, from your phone
Attach up to five files of 25 MB each — PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint — to a post from the mobile apps, just like on the web. Excel and PowerPoint files can now be added to comments too.

Lucy joins your meetings and takes the notes
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar and Lucy’s silent note-taker joins the Zoom, Google Meet and Teams meetings you choose — all of them, or one by one. When the call ends, the summary, decisions and action items are filed, ready to become tasks with owners and dates.
How the note-taker worksRecord a call that runs in your browser
The web recorder can now capture the sound of a call in another browser tab together with your microphone, so you get notes from calls that have no note-taker. Works in Chrome and Edge on a computer.
Lucy, the personal app, on Google Play
Record meetings, lectures, calls and voice notes, or import audio, and get notes, decisions and dated tasks. Lucy adds a morning brief and an evening close-out, tracks your goals and works with Gmail, Outlook, your calendar and Notion. The iPhone version is on its way.
The Lucy appThe Lucy app’s best parts, inside PeerBie
Recordings and live notes, a scratch pad that stays in sync across your devices, and the daily brief now work inside PeerBie too — so moving from the Lucy app to a team workspace loses nothing.
Pin a post from your phone
Workspace admins can pin a post to the top of the feed from the mobile apps, not only from the web.

Screen sharing in Huddles
Share your screen in a Huddle, PeerBie’s audio rooms. When Lucy is in the Huddle, the notes she writes afterwards include what was shown on screen.
Project costs and budget alerts
Each project shows what it costs — time spent on its tasks multiplied by each person’s hourly rate — against its budget. The project owner and workspace admins are alerted at 80% and 100% of the budget.
Project managementProject reports
A Reports tab on every project: tasks per person, the open tasks that are blocking others, and where the work stands. Paid plans add velocity and burn-up charts.
A clearer workflow canvas
Cleaner stage cards with app logos, a minimap, sticky notes, keyboard shortcuts, and a “+” on any connection to add a step in the middle.
Quick Messages, redesigned
Filter by All, Unread, Teams or AI, keep several chats open side by side, react to messages, and see when your message was read.
Videos play everywhere
Upload a video to a post, a comment, a task or a workflow item and it plays right there, on the web and on your phone.
Block someone
Block a person from their profile. Their posts and comments disappear from your feed, and they can no longer message you.
