Create a PeerBie Mywork Launch Team

Create a secret PeerBie Mywork launch team. You’ll be using that team to communicate with your PeerBie Mywork Project team.

This vhannel will be a great way for you and your team to get in the habit of using PeerBie Mywork to manage teams and projects.

Create a Peerbie Mywork Champions Team

Create a secret team for your Peerbie Mywork champions. You’ll be using that team for your communication during the launch process and well after launch.

This PeerBie Mywork team will be your champions’ introduction to PeerBie Mywork. Make sure to keep it active and engaging by posting regularly and using your team’s chat.

Use All Existing Teams

While this campaign is focused on email, print media, and PeerBie Mywork posts, we recommend you use all of your existing communication teams to get the word out about Peerbie Mywork.

Email-Less Employees

Frontline and employees who don’t have company emails will be harder to reach, but be sure not to neglect them! You’re going to want them active and engaged on Peerbie Mywork, making them easier to reach than ever before.

You’ll be relying heavily on frontline managers to help get the word out to frontline employees. Be sure to make some of your frontline managers PeerBie Mywork champions. This will equip them with the knowledge and tools to promote PeerBie Mywork to their direct reports.

Distinct Messaging

While this campaign can be used as-is, we highly encourage you to customize it to meet your organization’s unique needs.

Ideally, you would develop distinct value propositions for each of your employee segments, and use these to develop personalized communications that address existing pain points.

Manager to Team Email

People managers will be driving daily engagement by encouraging all of their direct reports to use PeerBie Mywork exclusively for team, project, and one-on-one communication.

This email will let employees know that their daily work will soon be moved to PeerBie Mywork.

If possible, incentivize profile activation with a friendly competition offering free catered lunch to teams with 100% activation rates on launch day.
