Email-Less Employees

Frontline and employees who don’t have company emails will be harder to reach, but be sure not to neglect them! You’re going to want them active and engaged on Peerbie Mywork, making them easier to reach than ever before.

You’ll be relying heavily on frontline managers to help get the word out to frontline employees. Be sure to make some of your frontline managers PeerBie Mywork champions. This will equip them with the knowledge and tools to promote PeerBie Mywork to their direct reports.
